How do I add or remove someone from my policy?

If you get your health plan through your employer, check with human resources about making changes to your policy.

How do I register for my online member account?

When you log in to your account at floridablue.com or the Florida Blue mobile app, your plan is at your fingertips. You can view your plan details like deductibles, HSA balance and claims and get a picture of your member ID card—on the go. You can also locate doctors in your plan from wherever you are, compare drug prices on the spot, map the nearest pharmacy and be connected to a person who can help you manage your out-of-pocket costs and find quality care.

How can I get my monthly statements sent electronically instead of in the mail?

To go paperless, just log in, click the down arrow next to your plan name in the upper right corner. Then click View My Account and then Communications Preferences. Follow the steps to set your preferences.
