Healthy Communities

Description: Grants to address critical issues in local communities, opening new windows of opportunity to better enable our neighbors to reach their potential. Applications are open.
Food Security
Submission Deadline: 2024 application closed May 6. Monitor this page for funding opportunities in 2025.
Description: The intent of this grant program is to award four-year grants to nonprofit organizations that have documented expertise and experience in addressing food insecurity. Programs should support equitable access to healthy food, and program services should focus on moving underserved or marginalized communities from food insecurity to food security.
Health Equity

Description: The intent of the Maternal Health grant program is to award three- and four-year grants to nonprofit organizations that have documented expertise and experience in creating more equitable maternal health outcomes. Programs should provide equitable access to quality maternal health services and support throughout each stage of pregnancy and beyond.
Mental Well-being
Submission Deadline: 2024 application closed March 5. Monitor this page for funding opportunities in 2025.
Description: Awards three- and four-year grants to advance mental well-being for families and community members to mitigate the stressors associated with issues that often impact entire families and/or communities.
